At Thejacketvault.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter issues such as incorrect size, color, or design discrepancies from the product’s online image, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Return & Exchange Guidelines
Submission Requirements:
Provide a photo of the product while it is being worn, along with a clear image of the collar tag, within 7 working days of receipt of the item.
Clearly point out the problem you are experiencing.
Eligibility Period:
Returns or exchange will be done only if the problem is stated within 7 days of delivery of the product and is sorted out within 20 days.
After 7 days of delivery, no request will be entertained.
Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
Refunds or Exchanges Apply When:
The product is unused, in its original condition, and has all tags and packaging as shipped.
The issue is confirmed as a manufacturing or processing defect by Thejacketvault.com.
The product has not been changed by the customer.
Refunds or Exchanges Do NOT Apply When:
More than one of the same design but different sizes are ordered.
The item has been customized or made-to-order.
Tags or labels have been removed.
The product is used or no longer in the original condition.
The return or exchange request is made after 20 days.
Return Procedure

Contact us to return this product within 7 business days from its date of reception
RMA Number:
Once confirmed, an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number will be provided. Please note that the RMA number should be printed on the package to return
Freight Charges:
Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Moreover, free shipping before will be subtracted from the refund amount.
Exchange Procedure
If the product needs to be exchanged for another size, it will be done at no additional cost for the product itself.
The customer has to pay shipping only, and it depends on the weight and dimensions of the item.
Custom Duties & Restocking Fees
Custom Duties:
Customs charges and policies are different in every country. We do our best to avoid charges by marking shipments as “Free Shipping” or “Gifts”. However, customs duties are customer’s responsibility if applicable.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee may apply to cover repackaging and handling costs that will depend on the size and weight of the item.
Exclusions from Refunds or Credits
Refunds or credits WILL NOT be given in the following situations:
Changing your mind once you have made a purchase.
Accidental Purchases.
Return requests made more than 20 days back.
