Order Cancellation Policy

At The Jacket Vault, customer satisfaction is given the utmost priority, and our goal is to make every order as flexible and hassle-free as possible. Thus, we come up with an order cancellation policy for transparency and streamlined processes.

Cancellation Policy:
In 24 hours of confirmation order.
The client can cancel an order within 24 hours from the time when the confirmation e-mail is sent without any fee.
Just give a mail, message on WhatsApp or contact our support team.

After 24 Hours:
If the cancellation request is done within more than 24 hours from the confirmation date, a 35% processing fee will be taken from the entire order amount.

48 Hours after Confirmation:
Cancellation done beyond 48 hours will result in a 50% deduction on the total amount.

More Than Five Days from Confirmation Date:
Unfortunately, no cancellation is accepted after five days from the date of confirmation.

Cancellation for Shipped Orders:
Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you can still enjoy our 30-Day Easy Return Policy:
Return the product to our warehouse as instructed.
Upon inspection, a refund will be issued according to our return policy.
